YourITBase provides IT consulting, cloud, cybersecurity, AI agent setup and mobile data recovery. Quotes, bookings and support tickets are subject to written acceptance. Data recovery is best-effort under a No Data, No Fee policy unless otherwise agreed.
You must provide accurate details, verify your email, await admin approval and activate via the emailed link. You are responsible for credentials and activity. Minimum signup age is 18. One account per email.
No unlawful, infringing, malicious or abusive use; no reverse-engineering of our tools; no sending malware or attempting unauthorised access. We may suspend accounts that breach this.
Mail devices to PO BOX 818 Winston Hills, NSW 2153 or courier as instructed. You warrant you own the device/data or are authorised. Passcodes must be provided where needed. Turnaround estimates are not guarantees. Recovered data should be backed up immediately.
Fees as quoted. Standard/Priority/Emergency tiers may differ. Invoices payable within 14 days unless agreed. Late fees and collection costs may apply.
We retain IP in our tooling and templates; you retain IP in your data and pre-existing materials. Each party keeps the other's confidential information private.
Services provided with due care and skill under Australian Consumer Law. To the maximum extent permitted, liability is limited to re-supply or fees paid in the last 3 months. No liability for loss of profits, indirect loss, or data that was not recoverable.
Either party may terminate with 14 days notice; we may suspend for non-payment or misuse. On termination you pay for work done; we return your data on request within 30 days.
